Bday Bears sells the products at wholesale and we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately.
Order Processing and Shipping
Bday Bears recommends planning ahead for parties and events. We recommend allowing extra time. Normally orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping may take up to 5-7 business days to US locations.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days . UPS may take up to 5-7 business days in some circumstances (holidays, weather, etc.) Chart below is an example, not guaranteed.
International Shipping
